Henry M. Butch O’Neill

Mr. O’Neill is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IRTH Solutions and has maintained this role since he purchased the company in 1985.  Through Mr. O’Neill’s leadership and guidance, IRTH Solutions has become the leader in the Call Before You Dig Industry.  Mr. O’Neill has extensive business experience and has provided expert guidance to the IRTH Solutions team over the years.  Prior to becoming the CEO and Chairman of the Board, Mr. O’Neill was Chairman of Beverage Management Inc., a multi-state manufacturer and distributor of soft drinks and bottled water with approximately 3,000 employees.  Under his guidance, the company, which began as a small family-owned business, evolved into a $250 million-a-year public corporation.


Mr. O’Neill’s current and past experience includes:  Member, Board of Directors, Lancaster Colony Corporation, 1976 to present; Board of Directors, American Red Cross, 1968 to 1972, International Young Presidents Board Member, 1973 to 1980; Board of Directors, Center of Science and Industry, 1982 to present and Treasurer; OSU Alumni Association, 1986 to 1992.  He has also served as Civilian Aid to the Secretary of the Army, Ohio Chairman, Employee Support of the Ohio National Guard and as a member of the Ohio Electoral College.  Mr. O’Neill is an ROTC graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration.  


Jason E. Adams

Mr. Adams joined IRTH Solutions in 1998 and currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.  Previous to being named President and COO, Jason served as Director of Sales and Project Manager at IRTH Solutions.  Jason takes a very “hands on” approach with everyone he works with and has extensive experience and expertise in the One Call Industry.  Prior to joining IRTH Solutions, Jason has served as a Network security specialist for a Fortune 500 Company and has owned and operated his own business.  Additionally, Mr. Adams has obtained multiple certifications and experience over his 15-year professional career and has studied economics and technology at The Ohio State University.

 

Rod A. Ball

Rod Ball joined IRTH Solutions in 1996 and currently serves as Vice President of Development.  During his tenure at IRTH Solutions, Mr. Ball has been instrumental in defining best practices in development and has been a key leader in the design, development and testing of our solutions.  Mr. Ball and his team are responsible for the creation of all IRTH Solutions products and also work very closely with IRTH Solutions staff and customers to be sure the products are delivering required functionality. Mr. Ball holds several industry certifications and has a BS Degree in Software Engineering from The Ohio State University.


John J. Cachat

Mr. Cachat joined IRTH Solutions in 1993 and currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development, where he is responsible for all current and future product development.  After spending 3 years in the Professional Services Group building Interactive Voice Response solutions, Mr. Cachat wrote and launched IRTH Solution’s first product for the Call Before You Dig industry in 1996 – a product that would revolutionize an entire industry within a decade.  Shortly after launching IRTH for utility companies, Mr. Cachat and his team began work on a system for One Call Centers. Thanks to Mr. Cachat’s technical expertise and dedication to the industry, he and his team have created the most widely used software solutions in the Industry and have propelled IRTH Solution’s into the number one provider of both One Call Centers and Member Software for the creation and management of dig requests. Prior to joining IRTH Solutions, Mr. Cachat earned a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. 


Trent A. Peugh

Mr. Peugh joined IRTH Solutions in 1999 to lead the Technical Support Team and currently serves as Vice President of Business Services.  Mr. Peugh is an expert in delivery and installation of cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications to address complex business problems.   With over 12 years of experience in his field, Mr. Peugh is known for his “hands on”- “can do” attitude when delivering highly complex solutions to customers.  Mr. Peugh’s teams are creative, highly energized and focused on delivering the best customer experience in the Industry.  In addition to technical support of all IRTH products, Mr. Peugh and his team are responsible for installation of customer systems, user training, system customization and all support of IRTHNet, IRTH Solutions and On-Demand Solution for the One Call Industry.  Prior to joining IRTH Solutions, Mr. Peugh served in various management roles at Drug Emporium and Lexon Corporation and holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. 


John C. Pascoe

John Pascoe re-joined IRTH Solutions in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.  In his role, Mr. Pascoe is responsible for all Sales and Marketing and works closely with other team members and customers to identify future areas of expansion.  Mr. Pascoe worked at IRTH Solutions from 1994 to 2000 and was instrumental in the launch and success of the One Call Products currently offered by the company.  Mr. Pascoe takes a “hands on” approach when working with his team and is well known for his passionate and straight-forward approach in managing his organization.  Prior to re-joining IRTH Solutions, Mr. Pascoe worked for Nuance Communications, a public corporation. While at Nuance, Mr. Pascoe worked with several of Nuance’s largest resellers and served as Director of the North American Enterprise Sales team where he worked with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel Sales and Professional Service personnel.  Mr. Pascoe holds a BS Degree in Mass Media Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
